I have more than 10 years of experience helping people define and reach their health and wellness goals. As a personal trainer and yoga instructor I have worked with clients to address issues of motivation, weight management, overall health concerns, and chronic pain. Working with my clients I realized that simply addressing the physical aspects of their lives wasn’t enough. I believe that our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves are intimately intertwined and it’s important to address all three aspects of an individual in order to make lasting change.
