I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches to customize counselling to your needs as an individual. These approaches include, but are not limited to, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulnesss, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. All of my work is Trauma Informed and I often utilize Trauma Sensitive Yoga and creative interventions to facilitate complete healing of mind, body, and spirit.
